Hello, I'm Nadège B. Tebiro - and I can well imagine how you feel.
When I was 22 years old, my mother died after years of illness.
I repressed death until I was nothing but a psychological wreck.
I went to talk therapy. The talks were helpful at first, but I quickly noticed that I still couldn't cope with everyday life and just cried in the evenings.
I just didn't know how to react in certain situations, how to turn off the carousel of thoughts and how the hell to relax.
Through this experience, I founded my company called " Female Health Care - Psychosocial Spitex": mobile psychiatric support including everyday help.
I support you in getting your everyday life under control despite mental illness.

I also really enjoy singing along to my favorite songs at the top of my lungs, eating sweets and just relaxing at the end of the day.

- 13 years of surgical experience in the following disciplines: Surgery, Traumatology, Urology, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Gastroenterology and ECG
- Certified Health Trainer: Worked part-time as a lecturer for two Academies and trained Health Trainers
- Speaker at the Feminess Business Congress, Feminess Detox Congress and GedankenTanken in the areas of: health and stress management
- 2018 emigration to Switzerland
- Working as a certified Nursing Specialist in occupational Health Management for the Health insurance company SWICA throughout Switzerland
- Studying to become a certified Psychological Counselor
- In order to gain practical experience with mentally ill people, I worked in the following psychiatric hospitals: PDAG Psychiatric Services Aargau Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich: Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Sanatorium Kilchberg: Focus on adult crisis intervention, psychoses and addictions, Clienia Schlössli AG: Focus on adults with depression
